Teen NYC is a platform providing private tutoring and babysitting services offered in New York City. Through our platform, parents can find the perfect fit for their child, using our transparent, highly-informative selection process.

Parents will be able to read through the self-written bios of all tutors and babysitters. Here they will learn about the candidate’s background, experience, and skillset of the tutor or babysitter They are welcome to reach out to the candidate directly through email with questions or clarifications, and can even set up a free, no strings attached zoom interview prior to booking.

At Teen NYC, we do our best to only list the best and highest quality candidates on our site, but we believe that you should feel just as comfortable with your tutor or babysitter as we do prior to booking.

Additionally, parents are welcome to reach out to Teen NYC directly either through email or using our recommendation form for recommendations regarding tutors or babysitters depending on their specific needs. 

Once parents are satisfied with a candidate, they can book online through our scheduling software, and prepare for their session.

Information on Tutoring Services:

Teen NYC offers tutoring in math, reading, writing, and general homework help. Teen NYC tutors are high school and college students with a high-level understanding in the subject they tutor, and the ability to provide help in that subject to younger students, either at an elementary level (grades 1-5), or a middle school level (grades 6-8).

All tutoring will take place over videoconference, with the exception of special, in-person sessions. Parents interested in in-person tutoring will be able to arrange this by reaching out to Teen NYC directly.

Information on Babysitting Services:

Teen NYC offers private babysitting services in most areas of New York City (Exact areas to be released). Parents interested in babysitting services will be able to read about all candidates, set up free zoom interviews, and book at times convenient for them.
