Hi! I’m Rafaela, a Senior at the Heschel School. My first experience working with kids was during the 2021 summer. I was a camp counselor at Hampton Country Day Camp for the three-year-olds. Since then, I have babysat for multiple NYC families with children ages 2 to 12. I have experience changing diapers and putting kids down for naps and bedtime. I can also help take care of pets and walk them. I always come to my babysitting jobs with a list of questions to ask the parents before they leave (about bedtime, allergies, etc.) so they can enjoy their time out and not worry about their kids. My favorite part about babysitting is the friendships I have been able to build with each of the children while still being able to maintain authority.
