My name is Ethan Lader, and I am a Junior (class of 2024) at the High School of American Studies at Lehman College. As a High School honors math student, I can be of assistance to students who could benefit from extra help in elementary and middle school math. A typical session would include a pre-session conversation with the parents of the student to figure out how I can best help out. Given the time constraints of a session, it is my goal to make sure that it is best utilized, in an efficient way that will lead to the best results. Also, I strive to get to know my students, so that I can make learning a fun and confortable environment, as I believe that is the key to success. All in all, it is important to me that I help my students achieve success to such a level so that they will not need my help at a certain point, as they are excelling in their educational lives.
