Hi, my name is Eliana Levey. I am 15 years old and currently a freshman at The Spence School. Over the summer, I worked as a camp counselor with children ages 1-12 at Ramah Day Camp in Nyack. From this rewarding experience taking care of children of all ages, I appreciate how everyone learns differently. I also firmly believe that time management and organization are important skills for all to learn and I would do my best to help with those. When it comes to tests, quizzes homework, or essays, I understand that getting help with those assignments from someone who is proficient in that course is always really helpful. I would do my best to combine the information from the teacher, my own knowledge and the strategies that work for your kids into a session that not only helps with the current homework assignment, but with work in the future. My own school experiences have taught me how important independent learning is for the completion of homework and I would love to help your children develop the tactics that will work best for them!
