My name is Chris Femino, and I am currently in the first year of a Master's degree program for Public Health at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. As I continue in my quest of attending Medical School, I’ve developed some amazing study habits and time management skills which have translated into my being well-versed in any topic I set my mind to. I hope to bring these meticulous study habits and skills learned throughout the entirety of my own academic journey in order to help my students within their subject matter. It is always important to develop such academic skills at a young age so that they may stay with them for the rest of their lives. I plan to hold an initial assessment/meeting with my students so that I may gather any information pertaining to the subject matter at hand along with what they are struggling in/need help with the most. Following this initial meeting, and in accordance with the Mathematic subject matter, I will prepare a lesson plan that will include plenty of visuals for the students to learn from and some easy tricks that will help make the subject matter easier. It is my hope to connect with my students in a way that they will want to come back and learn even more!
